This form is the final step in the booking process and is for clients who have already completed an Inquiry Form and been contacted by a staff member.
Once we receive the complete form, we will send you an invoice. You have booked a place on a tour only when La Colina has received full payment.
For groups, we’ll need the form completed by each member.
